Community Bridges

Community Bridges of Concord, NH is a non-profit agency with a mission to advance the integration, growth and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities. For over 35 years, Community Bridges has provided the tools and support to individuals with disabilities so they become welcomed and active contributors to our community.

They needed a website to better showcase their services and programs to the public while delivering them in a personal and non-clinical way. We worked closely with the Community Bridges staff to build their new website to achieve this goale.

The project started with a new web design. The design needed to be bright and welcoming and give a personal, non-clinical feeling. We accomplished this with the help of bright colors, icons, images and fonts. Also, the new web design needed to be flexible so that it could have pages dedicated to each of their individual services. The site's navigation is well organized using a "mega-menu", which is ideal for sites with lots of content and levels of importance. Content is easily accessible through a variety of navigation options to provide ease of use, along with the option of the ability to customize viewing sizes of text for those with eyesight challenges.

After the web design was approved and built, we moved on to creating their custom Content Management System (CMS). This system allows them to add/edit pages, change text, upload photos, list career opportunities and much more. The system is easy to use and will grow with their organization for many years.
